Who We Are
Chabad Cabo formally launched in March of 2009. In response to the rapid growth and popularity of Los Cabos tourism and the ever-expanding local population, Rabbi Benny and Sonia Hershcovich moved to Cabo with their family as Chabad emissaries.
The vision and mission of Chabad Cabo is to reach out to every single Jewish person in the region with love, providing whatever spiritual, emotional or physical needs that they might have.
Chabad Cabo is completely organically funded by external support. Whether it's our consistent shabbat community meals, weekly Hebrew studies, one on one,
multilingual classes, or large holiday events, emergency services or just reaching
out to say hello, you can always count on Chabad Cabo to be ready to help in whatever way possible.Check out some of our main activities below.
Shabbat and Holiday Meals
Chabad of Cabo provides weekly Shabbat and holiday meals for all the Jewish locals and visitors to Cabo.
If you're in Cabo, make sure to book a meal with Chabad. You won't regret it.
The kiddush, followed by a four-course, freshly cooked meal, with inspiring words of Torah shared, lively singing and a true spirit of brotherhood and family, will make your Cabo experience something that you'll definitely want to come back for.
Please note: Chabad Cabo wants every Jew to be at our Shabbat table. If for whatever reason, you are unable to pay for the meal, please come anyway. We are so happy to have you join in the mitzvah.
No Jew is ever turned away from our doors for lack of funds.

Holiday Programs
For over 15 years , Chabad Cabo organizes educational programs and events for the local Jewish residents and tourists alike.
From children to the elderly, everyone is catered to. Our classes, children's events and Holiday initiatives ensure that every Jew in and around Cabo has the necessary resources to be the best Jew possible.

The Cabo Gan
Chabad Cabo is completely committed to Jewish education, by focusing on the next generation of Jewish children.
At the Cabo Gan, we strive to stimulate all the senses of our beautiful children in the community in a holy way.
The torah and mitzvot that they learn and absorb are done in creative, fun and interactive ways, so that their Jewish identity will remain and grow with them forever.
If you are living, moving, or even visiting Cabo, give your child the opportunity to enjoy the Cabo Gan and watch them grow in leaps and bounds

MaRe Cabo Summer Camp
MaRe Cabo is a teenage girl's summer camp that was started in 2020 by Chabad Cabo.

During the summer months, MaRe Cabo gives over 100 teenage girls an unforgettable 3 weeks of spectacular nature, action packed trips, unique activities and raw, unfiltered Jewish discovery.

Emergency Services

We've been dealing and helping with every sort of emergency that can come up and Chabad Cabo is available 24/7 to help.

As the Jewish embassy to the Los Cabos region, we will do whatever we can to help resolve all situations.
